Dayluxuries Textile Co Ltd is a group of companies specializing in producing quality yarn dyed and piece dyed shirting fabrics ( white bleaching fabrics and solid dyed fabrics), bottom weight pants fabrics , men’s shirts, lady’s blouse , beach shorts, and trousers. We offer a variety of finishings such as regular soft , Easy Care or Wrinkle Free, Peaching, Liquid Ammonia.
We produce high quality greige fabrics for some of the top international brands in addition to offering a consultant service including new fabric designs, textile fashion trends , textile techniques , new pattern/new design collections for our current USA and E.U. customers.
In the past 25 years, we have produced and serviced some of the main international brands such as CK, LV, BURBURY, THOMAS PINK, POLO.
We share-hold our production mills from Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing, finishing. We have also acquired our shirt and garment making mills, so that we can offer a complete vertically controlled operation from start to the final ready goods, most of our production mills are located in the famous Chinese shirting fabric production Base of JiangSu province.
We have our cotton field in addition to using US cotton, all of the cotton we use is long fibre cotton to keep our fabrics completely shining , good hand-feel with super fabric strength.
Our spinning mill can produce carded, combed, and compact yarn to meet our different customers’ requirements. Our key yarn of choice to manufacture with is combed and compact yarn to enhance the final fabric quality.
Our weaving mills produce solid Piece Dyed and Yarn Dyed fabric shirting fabrics from yarn count 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 100s single yarn, 60s/2, 80s/2, 90s/2, 100s/2, 120s/2, 140s/2, 180s/2 two ply shirting fabrics with fine Poplin, Twill, Oxford, Dobby or Jacquard designs and patterns.
Our finishing mill produces soft finishing, fabric Easy Care finishing, Wrinkle Free Finishing, Non-iron fabric finishing, Peaching finishing, Nano Spills finishing, and Nano Coolest and Comfort finishing, we are also happy to offer special finishings like UV cut, Teflon etc according the customer’s requirements.
Our shirts manufacturing mill produces high quality men’s and lady’s shirts for our customers from EU, USA, and other markets.
Our Quality Control Department is fully equipped with advanced testing equipment, fabric tear and tensile strength testing , colour fastness testing, Durable Press testing, pilling and abrasion testing as per USA AATCC, Japanese JIS, ISO Standards, or we can arrange according the customer’s chosen method of testing.
Most of our machines and equipment are made in Germany, Switzerland and Japan, including most of our materials like dye stuff, the chemical auxiliary agent etc, which guarantee our bulk goods are a superior quality.
By using the best machinery and the best materials, our ready bulk fabrics have few neps, a very smooth surface, the fabric is glossy with a silk lustre and the fabric strength is greatly improved.
Our 100% long fibre cotton is a blend of the best quality USA’s Supima long fibre cotton and also the top quality Chinese XinJiang long fibre cotton, this allows our fabrics to have a super soft hand-feel and very good fabric strength, which is excellent for 100% cotton Wrinkle Free or Non-iron fabrics manufacture.
Our speciality is 100% cotton White poplin fabrics, White twill fabrics, White dobby fabrics with Soft and Wrinkle Free finishings, 100% cotton Piece dyed Poplin, Twill, Dobby and Jacquard fabrics , 100% cotton Yarn Dyed Fabrics with various soft finishing , Easy Care or Non-iron Finishing, 100% Cotton Bottom Weight Fabrics, Superior CVC fabrics, Superior Cotton and Spandex stretch fabrics, Superior Cotton Free Fit stretch fabrics and Superior Cotton and XLA fabrics with all kinds of function finishings. We also produce 100% Linen piece dyed and yarn dyed fabrics for our top brand customers.
